The development of China's precision machinery screw industry has a large gap compared with the world's advanced level. There are still many problems in its development:

First, the level of technology is low, the quality of precision mechanical screws is poor, and the manufacture of high-precision mechanical screws is still difficult. The core technologies and key products still rely on imports. Large processing allowances, serious energy consumption and raw material consumption of mechanical screws, long processing cycles, and low production efficiency have become bottlenecks restricting the development of the industry.

Second, there are fewer companies with R&D capabilities in the entire industry chain, and there is not enough willingness for R&D. Precise mechanical screws are the product of a large number of production technologies and production processes. If there is not a certain amount of R&D investment products that have remained at the low end, they will be phased out by the tide of the times.

These problems seriously hamper the development of the domestic precision machinery screw industry. When China's precision machinery screw industry meets the international advanced level, we must start with fundamental issues. We must constantly strive to upgrade production equipment, attach importance to technological innovation and research and development, and improve the quality of mechanical screws. This is the core issue. Only by overcoming these problems can we make the domestic precision machinery screw industry move toward a prosperous road.
