When the hydraulic mechanism of the garbage truck is not working properly, first check whether the power take-off is engaged properly, whether the hydraulic oil in the fuel tank is sufficient, and whether the suction valve Ball Valve is fully opened. Specific troubleshooting methods are as follows.
First, the garbage truck hydraulic mechanism has no action. Follow the steps below to check it. The steps are as follows:
1. Is there sufficient oil in the hydraulic tank? When insufficient, hydraulic oil should be added;
2. Observe whether the oil inlet pipe from the fuel tank to the oil pump will cause the oil sucking phenomenon due to aging. If this is the case, replace the inlet tube.
3. Check if the gear pump fails. Put a pressure gauge, turn the pressure regulating bolt, and observe whether the table has reached the specified value;
4. If the pressure regulator bolts fail to reach the required hydraulic pressure after they are all screwed in, the gear oil pump fails and the gear pump must be replaced.
5, if the gear oil pump works normally, it is the multi-way reversing valve plugging. The valve plug should be removed to remove impurities and used after reinstalling.
Second, the garbage truck hydraulic mechanism has action but no power, check whether the gear pump fails, and whether the system pressure reaches the specified value.
3. The hydraulic mechanism of the garbage truck will slow down and check if the gear oil pump fails, the oil suction filter, and the oil return filter core are blocked.
