Weifang Yaxing chlorinated polyethylene construction speed

Recently, with the arrival of the first batch of two 40-cubic-meter large chlorination reactors from Germany to Yaxing Industrial Park, it marks that Weifang Yaxing Group Co., Ltd. 70,000 tons/year chlorinated polyethylene project entered the project 25 days earlier than originally planned. During the equipment installation phase, the pace of project construction has been significantly accelerated. The total investment of the project is 180 million yuan. The entire device adopts Yaxing's advanced chlorinated polyethylene proprietary technology. The main equipment adopts a large-scale chlorination reactor jointly developed by Yaxing and the Ford Company of Germany. The production control is independently developed by Yaxing. It is suitable for chlorinated polyethylene new reaction system and large-scale control software to realize DCS control of the entire process flow. The project is scheduled to be completed and put into production in June.
