The project responsibility expert Ouyang Jinsong, on behalf of the High Technology Research and Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, made a request for the implementation of the project and made a policy report. Zhang Zhikuan, deputy director of the Science and Technology Department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, spoke on behalf of the recommendation unit, indicating that the Science and Technology Department of the autonomous region will support the project in terms of fund matching and preferential policies. The “Airborne Underground Minerals and Water Resources Detector Development and Industrialization Application Demonstration” project is aimed at the field of underground minerals and water resources exploration in China. The core equipment of aviation electromagnetic detection has long been subject to technological blockade in developed countries and the detection of blind spots in existing equipment in the world. Led by Inner Mongolia Lingbi (Group) Co., Ltd., combined with the Air Tianyuan, China Natural Resources Aviation Geophysical and Remote Sensing Center, Jilin University, Chengdu University of Technology, Xiamen University, Chongqing University, Beijing Institute of Geology, Nuclear Industry and many other units Share it together. The project will carry out innovative research on electromagnetic composite effect and airborne coherent random pulse detection technology, research and develop airborne coherent random pulse electromagnetic detection software and hardware system, realize underground full depth coverage of 0-800m, no blind zone detection, carry out instrument engineering and products. Development, complete flight test and application demonstration of multiple mining areas and groundwater targets to achieve economic and social benefits of the project.
The meeting established the “two groups and one committee” in accordance with the major special management requirements and issued the letter of appointment. The participating experts listened to the project implementation plan report by the project leader, Air China Institute researcher Liu Xiaojun and the research report on industrialization and application by researcher Yang Jingrong, and made comments and suggestions. The project lead unit stated that it will effectively implement the opinions of the participating experts, implement the corporate responsibility system, and ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
The overall expert group of the national key R&D plan, more than 40 people including the leaders and experts of the Science and Technology Department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the project and the project undertaker attended the meeting.
