Improvement of Flue Gas Desulfurization Efficiency in Qilu Thermal Power Plant

As of the end of October, 4 sets of flue gas desulphurization devices of the thermal power plant of Sinopec Qilu Petrochemical Company set a record of 100 consecutive days of excellent operation, achieving a sulfur dioxide emission qualification rate of more than 85%, and a continuous operation rate of flue gas desulphurization facilities of more than 95%. Attainment standards, technical indicators compliance rate in the forefront of the domestic similar devices. In the first 10 months of this year, a total of 21,500 tons of desulphurization have been accumulated, and the annual reduction in sulphur is 0.9 million tons.

After the thermal power plant flue gas desulfurization project was put into operation, Qilu Petrochemical Company successively carried out more than 30 technological research and transformations, overcame a number of technical problems, and accumulated operational management experience, so that the existing four sets of flue gas desulfurization equipment average operating rate from Last year's 60% increase to 95% this year, the average rate of desulfurization from the average of about 55% last year to more than 90% this year.

Diammonium Phosphate

Diammonium phosphate (DAP) is a type of fertilizer that is commonly used in agriculture. It is made by reacting ammonia with phosphoric acid to produce a solid white crystalline substance. DAP contains both nitrogen and phosphorus, which are essential nutrients for plant growth. It is commonly used in crops such as corn, wheat, and soybeans.

DAP is a highly water-soluble fertilizer that is easily absorbed by plants. It is often used as a starter fertilizer, which is applied to the soil at planting to provide nutrients to the young plants. DAP is also used as a top dressing fertilizer, which is applied to the soil around the base of the plants during the growing season.

In addition to its use in agriculture, DAP is also used in the production of fire retardants, food additives, and animal feed supplements. However, it is important to handle DAP with care as it can be corrosive and can cause skin and eye irritation.

Diammonium phosphate (DAP) is a highly soluble ammonium phosphate fertilizer with the chemical formula (NH4)2HPO4. It is a white crystalline powder that is commonly used as a source of nitrogen and phosphorus in agriculture. DAP is a complete fertilizer that provides both macro and micronutrients to plants, promoting healthy growth and development. It is also used in industrial applications as a flame retardant and in the production of food and beverages as a leavening agent. DAP is considered safe for human consumption and is not known to have any adverse health effects.
