1. Main feeding line system
      In the main feeding line system the feed is transferred from the silo to the hopper in chicken house by auger. There is a feed sensor at the end of the main feed line which control of open and close of the motor to realize the automatic feeding.

Material description:  1.    Silo roof plate and silo wall plate layer-galvanized sheets with the thickness of 1.2mm, second layer of silo wall plate-galvanized sheet with the thickness of 1.5mm.   2.    Conical bottom plate-galvanized sheet with the thickness of 1.5mm, silo column- hot dip galvanizing on the surface: No. 10 channel steel, support-φ 3.6mm, 8 supports/silo.

 

 
2. Pan feeding line system
     In the pan feeding system the feed sensor control the motor to open and close to realize the automatic feeding. The system consists of hopper, motor, feed pipe and auger.

3. Nipple drinking line system
     In modern poultry production, nipple drinkers have proven to be a reliable and hygienic solution for the supply of water. It is consisted by water front parts, drinking system, hanging system, regulator and water line end parts .

4. Ventilation system
a.   This system is of great importance for a chicken house, which is used for providing a most suitable growing environment for chicken.

5. Environment control system
This system saves the labor and the resources under the condition of assuring the optimum growth environment of the chickens. It is imported from Israel can set an optimum working mode according to the local climate and raising environment.

6. Cooling pad system
Cooling pad and exhaust fan combination is the most economical and effective method to lower the temperature in summer.
1) Corrugated paper with the spatial crossing linking technology, high absorbability, high water resistant, anti-mildew and long service life.
2) Thickness: 0.1m, 0.15m; Width: 0.6m; Height: 1.5m, 1.8m, 2m, also can produce according to the requirements of clients.
3) Large evaporation area, cooling efficiency is up to 80%.
4) No surfactant or harmful chemicals, like phenol.
5) Frame: aluminum alloy and PVC ,good appearance and long serve time;
6) The product absorbs water naturally, with fast speed of pervasion and lasting effectiveness. One drop of water can diffuse within 4~5 seconds. The natural absorption height is 60~70mm/5minutes, as 200mm/1.5 hours, having reached international standard.
7) The pump with the filter can supply clean cycle water
8) Detachable cooling pads as the choice.


7. Heating system
There are many different heating methods as per customers' different poultry house size and fuel used, such as heating brooder hover (gas), direct-fired air heater(diesel), hot-blast stove(diesel) etc.

8. Spraying system
     Spray cooling fed the purification water of the filter to high-pressure nozzle after the high pressure pump and make the tiny spray full of the space, the mist particles moving in a circulating air and mixing with the surrounding hot air ,absorb a lot of heat ,while the air is evaporated to accelerate the air flow,the temperature of the surrounding air is rapidly reduced ,so as to achieve the purpose of cooling.
     In hot summer when the temperature reach above 40 degree the spraying system can reduce temperature in house in few minutes .
