After nearly 10 months of joint development, on the basis of the small-scale denier acrylic fiber test, using the existing liquid preparation system, a new precision filter material was used on the secondary filter and the spinning candle filter corresponding to the spinning production line. The fine filtration of the raw liquid, and the application of a newly developed special spinneret for small-lot trial production on the spinning line, in mid-August last year, successfully produced 45 tons of 0.8 denier fine acrylic fiber.

The fine denier acrylic fiber is spun into 40, 60 yarns, smooth, soft, delicate and soft to the touch. At the same time, it has the fine characteristics of fine fabric, light weight, smoothness, good drapability and anti-pilling, etc. Fastness up to level 4 and anti-pilling up to level 4 can be used as the main raw material for imitation cashmere and silk imitation. Can replace cashmere, can be blended with wool, blended with natural fibers, used in high-end apparel fabrics.
