In recent years, domestic rubber products and related industries have developed rapidly, and demand for polybutadiene rubber products has increased year by year. Yangzi Petrochemical and Gimpo Group are optimistic about the market's prospects and decided to build a 100,000-ton-a-day butadiene rubber project on the basis of existing cooperation. The project will take full advantage of Yangzi Petrochemical's raw material advantage of producing 200,000 tons of butadiene per year.

Compared with natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber has excellent cold resistance, abrasion resistance and elasticity after vulcanization, and is particularly suitable for making automobile tires and cold-resistant products.
