Compared with before, this acceptance standard emphasizes the review of the state of imported excavator equipment. In terms of import management of second-hand excavators, as early as 2005, relevant departments had already formulated the “Imported Acceptance Specification for Used Excavators”, which stipulated regulations on the emissions, noise, and the three-packet term of imported second-hand excavators, and improved the use of excavators. It is undeniable that the implementation of the second-hand excavator acceptance specification will help new domestic machine manufacturers expand market sales, but not all used excavators do not meet the acceptance criteria.
