Drying Machinery

Meichen tube bundle dryers are a safe and reliable dryer due to their operation method. The steam tube bundle rotates slowly and conveys the material to be dried axially through the tube bundle. Shovels elevate the material along the circumference, and then the material trickles through the tube bundle back into the trough. The material gets dried by contact with the tubes and by convection.
To achieve an optimal operating performance, the dryer is customized, for example , the spaces between tubes and tube diameters, shovel positions and filling levels inside the housing etc. are designed and adjusted to an optimum.

To optimize the performance of the dryer, it is recommended to recycle partial dry fiber to inlet of dryer to mix with the wet fiber. The same to gluten dryer.
