The bearing has two types, contact type and non-contact type. Sample shipments are now available. By reducing the dynamic friction loss and improving the dust-proof performance, energy-saving and noise reduction are realized.

Since the indoor ventilation system normally operates for 24 hours, the bearing is required to be energy-saving. In addition, the bearing is also required to be quiet because it is set in a bedroom or the like in the home. Once the inside of the bearing enters the dust, it will generate an abnormal sound. Therefore, in order to achieve silence, dust prevention is an important link.

The contact-type sealing lip is in contact with the inside, so that although the dust-proof performance is superior, the friction loss increases. The non-contact type seal lip is not in contact with the inside, so it is superior to the contact type in terms of friction loss, but the dust resistance is slightly inferior. Therefore, in the new products, improvements were made to compensate for various types of defects.

In the contact type, the rigidity of the sealing lip is optimized by computer analysis. Without loss of high dust-proof performance due to gasket contact, the friction loss is reduced by about 30% compared to the original product. As a result, the power consumption of the fan motor can also be reduced. In the non-contact type, based on the improvement of the gasket and the internal design, the use of rubber gaskets minimizes the gap. The dust resistance is improved without losing the low torque performance, and the quietness is improved by about 2 times compared with the original product.
