On June 13, 2012, the Ministry of Commerce received an application for the final review of the anti-dumping measures officially submitted by Bluestar Chemical New Materials Co., Ltd. on behalf of the Chinese mainland industry. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Anti-Dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of Chinaâ€, the Ministry of Commerce decided to impose anti-dumping tariffs on the original taxation scope and anti-dumping tax rates of imported bisphenol A in the above-mentioned countries and regions during the period of review and investigation of anti-dumping. The investigation period for this review was from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012. The survey will be completed by August 30, 2013. On August 29, 2007, the Ministry of Commerce decided to impose anti-dumping duties on imported bisphenol A originating in Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and Taiwan. The implementation period is five years from August 30, 2007. On March 22, 2012, the Ministry of Commerce announced the expiration of anti-dumping measures for bisphenol A.
