Melt pump assembly

1. Before assembling the melt pump, prepare a tank of lubricating oil, pump body, front and rear covers, driving and driven gears, and lubricate the seal assemblies and gland before assembly. When assembling strictly follow the disassembly order of each component, install them one by one so that the components are correctly positioned.

2. Before installing the bolt, apply the thread part with high-temperature grease and tighten the bolts of the front and rear covers one by one diagonally. Always be able to freely rotate state. If there is any stuck phenomenon, do not assemble or rotate the pump strongly. If the assembly is correct, the parts should be easy to load and the pump shaft will rotate easily.
