Recently, Kunshan Jiangling Machine Tool Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chongqing Jiangzeng Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., successfully trial-produced the new product ME hydraulic cylinder oil supply unit HPS and safety block ACC commercial machine. It is reported that in October 2014, Jiangshan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. Kunshan Jiangjin Machinery and China Shipbuilding Mitsui Shipbuilding Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. signed the MES hydraulic supply unit HPS and safety block ACC trial production agreement. In the trial production process, the pipeline connection is complicated, and there is no experience in other manufacturing. The gear is large, the space of the box is narrow, and the interference occurs in the casing installation. The TH6516A gear box is large and easy to deform. The flatness requirement is high, and the hole spacing requirement is only ±0.04mm and many other trial production problems. By the end of July 2015, the processing was completed and the trial production was successfully completed.
