On July 13, 2015, Dana Holding’s board of directors appointed Mr. James K. Kamsickas as the new president and chief executive officer. The appointment will take effect on August 11, 2015. Mr. Camskas has served as the global co-CEO and president of North America and Asia for International Automotive Components Group (IAC), a newly established global automotive parts supplier, since 2007, and later served as the company in 2012. Group Global CEO. In addition to his new role, he will also serve as Dana’s director. Mr. Camskes, 48, will become the successor of Mr. Roger J. Wood, who announced his retirement plan in January this year. Since the initial integration of Lear’s Interior Systems Division and Collins & Aikman formed the basic corporate structure, IAC has completed 15 strategic acquisitions in key regions of the world and has grown. As a multinational company with more than 32,000 employees and more than 100 offices worldwide, its 2014 sales amounted to US$5.9 billion. Mr. Camskes was formerly head of Lear's interior systems division and has previously held several leadership positions at the organization, including General Motors, Vice President of Ford and Chrysler Clients, and Lear Chair, Electrical. Dana Names James Cams Case as New President and Chief Executive Officer
