1. Before starting the mixer, the mixer handle should be placed in the “stop” position.
2. After starting the engine, the mixer should be rotated at a low speed for about 10 minutes to allow the hydraulic oil to rise above 20°C before working.
3. When the mixer truck is parked in the open air, the mixing drum should be reversed before filling to discharge the accumulated water and debris to ensure the quality of the concrete.
4. When transporting concrete, it is necessary to ensure that the slide is placed firmly, to prevent swinging due to looseness, to injure pedestrians or affect the normal operation of other vehicles during travel.
5. When mixing well-mixed concrete, the rotation speed of the mixer drum is 2-10 rpm. During the transportation, the rotation speed of the mixer drum on the flat road surface is guaranteed at 2-3 rev/min, and the road surface with a roll slope greater than 50, When shaking a large road surface from side to side, it is necessary to stop stirring and rotation, and then resume stirring rotation after the road condition improves.
6. Concrete tankers shall not transport concrete for more than the time specified by the mixing plant. During transport of concrete, the mixing drum must not be stopped for a long time to prevent the concrete from segregating. The driver should always observe the condition of the concrete, and notify the dispatching room of any abnormalities and apply for processing.
7. When concrete is installed in the vehicle, the on-site stagnation time shall not exceed one hour. If the time exceeds, the on-site person in charge shall be required to promptly handle it.
8. The concrete transporting capacity of the mixer truck must not fall below 8cm. From the time the concrete enters the tank to the discharge, it must not be discharged for more than two hours when the temperature is high, and not more than 2.5 hours when the temperature of the rainy weather is low.
9. Before discharging the concrete, the mixer should be rotated at 10-12 rpm for 1 minute before discharging.
10. After the concrete mixer truck discharges its material, it shall immediately use the hose of the vehicle to discharge the water to flush the inlet, outlet hopper, and discharge chute and remove the dirt and residual concrete adhering to the vehicle body. Add 150-200L of fresh water to the mixing bowl. Slowly rotate the mixing bowl on the way back to clean the inner wall. Avoid residual slag adhering to the wall and stirring blades. Fill the water before loading it again. Let go.
11. When transporting concrete, the engine speed should be within the range of 1000-1400 rpm so that the engine has the maximum torque. During the concrete transportation, the speed should not exceed 40km/h to ensure the safety of the vehicle.
12. After the work is completed, the inside of the mixer and the body should be cleaned and the remaining concrete should not be left inside the barrel.
13. Do not idle when the pump is working. Do not use it for more than 15 minutes in continuous use.
14. Water tanks should always be filled with water in case of emergency. After the winter shutdown, the water in the water tanks, pumps, water pipes, and mixing tanks should be drained and parked in a place where there is no sunshine or water in order to avoid freezing machinery. .
15. Insulation should be installed in time in winter, and the anti-freeze solution should be used to protect the mixer. Replace the fuel according to the weather and ensure the normal use of the machine.
16. When checking and repairing the hydraulic transmission part, the engine and hydraulic pump should be operated without pressure.
17. When adjusting clearances, trips, and pressures of various departments, full-time safety personnel shall check and agree; when replacing mechanical parts, they must be signed by the minister or the competent manager, otherwise the relevant personnel will be held responsible for any problems.
