1 Energy saving measures taken

(1) Strengthen the operation and management of air compressors, and strive to improve the efficiency of air compressors to operate at optimum efficiency. In order to ensure the high efficiency operation of the air compressor, the air compressor is regularly measured and the maintenance management is strengthened. The main measures taken are to reduce the leakage loss; reduce the resistance of the suction and exhaust cutting system; strengthen the cooling; improve the technical level of the operators and the quality of the technicians; implement intensive maintenance and zero-fault equipment management.

(2) Reduce the pipeline loss. In view of the objective reality that the air compressor station is far away from the working place, we have repeatedly demonstrated that the air compressor station will be moved from the wellhead ground to the well-ventilated roadway.

This shortened the pressure air line by 1km, which not only saved the material loss of the pipeline, but also reduced the air compressor's running time by 025h.

And using the potential energy difference of the underground water, the power consumption of the cooling water is solved, and more than 70 kWh can be saved every working day. Due to good ventilation and sufficient cooling water, the temperature rise of the air compressor is greatly reduced, and the efficiency of the air compressor is improved.

(3) Reasonably plan the compressed air pipeline and periodically measure the air leakage coefficient. Pipeline branches and main roads with overlapping historical settings shall be serialized, connected and short-circuited according to plan, and the compressed air lines of idle and spare roadways shall be closed in time to reduce air leakage and pipeline loss. Regularly inspect the compressed air line to prevent air leakage.

(4) Strengthen the ventilation management of the working face. Compressed air is strictly prohibited as an auxiliary ventilation measure. Strengthen the local ventilation management of each working surface, install the flow meter on the branch pipelines of each working surface, and measure the air consumption, the footage and the output, effectively eliminate the artificial waste.

(5) Adjust the working pressure of the air compressor to reduce the load. According to the actual production requirements and technical requirements of pneumatic machinery, the working pressure of the air compressor is adjusted from 8kg/cm2 to 7kg/cm2. Update the wind drill of the far working face to the 7655D wind drill. The pneumatic drill has the advantage of still having higher efficiency under low pressure conditions. Replace the air compressor automatic regulator with the electric contact pressure gauge and the electromagnetic reversing cutting to control the working pressure of the air compressor. This allows the air compressor to operate at a more uniform pressure and produces a more uniform compressed air. This in turn increases the efficiency of the pneumatic tools and creates a virtuous circle. Received the effectiveness of improving the efficiency of pneumatic tools, reducing the labor intensity of workers, and reducing the air-conditioning consumption of air compressors.

(6) Take effective measures to reduce the air compressor running time to reduce energy consumption. Due to the non-uniformity of production operation, the air compressor has a long running time of empty load. In order to reduce the power consumption of the air compressor, the actual combination of planning and production is implemented, and the operating system of the air compressor is comprehensively adjusted. That is, the production technology department stipulates the use of compressed air time according to the task requirements of each work point to form a planning framework. Then, the person in charge of each operation point reports the specific use time and usage of the air compressor station, and the air compressor station staff decides to open and stop the air compressor according to the actual situation. It is necessary to ensure the production needs of each working point, and to make rational use of the air compressor, so that the air compressor air load operation is reduced to a minimum, saving a lot of electric energy.

2 effects

After several years of unremitting efforts, the electricity consumption per working day has been reduced to 1880 kWh, and the energy saving per working day is 850 kWh, which can save more than 300,000 kWh and more than 100,000 yuan. Moreover, due to the reduced running time of the air compressor, the working life of the air compressor is prolonged, and the maintenance time is relatively abundant, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost and maintenance workload of the equipment, and achieves good economic benefits.
