All process power and raw materials must be continuously uninterrupted. In addition to the general plant's power, steam, industrial water, there are special requirements of the air separation device, chlorine supply device, desalinated water supply device, etc. must have 100% reliability to ensure the good state of the entire system. Otherwise, if a fault occurs in one place, it will cause full-line parking. For this reason, the main process must be fully controlled and automated.
4 product quality is good. The purity of the raw materials is high, and in particular, the ability of titanium tetrachloride to refine vanadium and iron is incapable of the sulfuric acid method. The parameters of the oxidation system can be adjusted, so the semi-finished product of the chlorination method has fine particle size, uniformity, narrow distribution and good whiteness, which lays a good foundation for the final product.
